You will then select the Interims you wish to interview and make the final appointment choice.
The whole process from initial briefing, to Interim Manager bringing you value, can be accomplished in less than a fortnight.
The Interim Manager will charge you a daily rate for his/her time and our fee is charged separately.
Interim Managers operate as Limited Companies, providing a business to business service. They will also have Professional Indemnity Insurance.
The Interim Manager is providing his/her professional services to you on a day to day basis charging only for the days worked and should circumstances change you will be able to terminate the service immediately.
